Service Description
Richmond Service Connect is a platform designed to help connect consumers with local service professionals in the Richmond, Virginia area.
Richmond Service Connect Is Not the Service Provider
Richmond Service Connect does not itself perform pressure washing, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, HVAC, cleaning, or other home services offered through participating service providers.
Any agreement for services, pricing, scheduling, payment, warranties, or work performed is between the customer and the individual service provider.
No Guarantee of Match or Service
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a provider will be available, respond, provide a quote, accept the project, or complete the requested work.
Service Provider Responsibility
Service providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own work, pricing, availability, licenses, insurance, warranties, representations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Richmond Service Connect does not currently guarantee or represent that every provider has been independently licensed, insured, background checked, or otherwise verified unless expressly stated.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for independently evaluating any service provider before hiring them and for deciding whether the provider is appropriate for their project.
Service Requests and Communications
By submitting a service request and providing consent, you authorize Richmond Service Connect and a service provider matched with your request to contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your project.
Business Partner Applications
Submitting an application to become a Richmond Service Connect partner does not guarantee acceptance into the provider network or access to any particular number or type of leads.
Lead Generation Program
Lead availability, service areas, pricing, eligibility, exclusivity, and other partner-program terms may vary and may change over time.
Specific commercial terms between Richmond Service Connect and participating businesses may be agreed upon separately.
Accuracy of Information
Users and businesses agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting service requests or partner applications.
Richmond Service Connect may reject, remove, or disregard submissions that appear fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or abusive.
Third-Party Services
Richmond Service Connect may use third-party platforms and software to operate the website, process submissions, send communications, and manage service requests.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Richmond Service Connect is not responsible for damages, losses, disputes, injuries, workmanship issues, payment disputes, delays, or other matters arising from interactions between customers and independent service providers.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
